Objectif

Ne plus utiliser l'ancienne lib Faker et la remplacer par FakerJs : https://fakerjs.dev/

Definition of done

  • L'ancienne lib Faker n'est plus utilisée, la lib FakerJs la remplace

Finalement pas besoin de Falso, Faker a été repris (fork je crois) sous le nom FakerJs.
