Adding Superdense Coding #146

As per issue #136. I've implemented the superdense coding algorithm. I made a new folder in the examples folder and placed the .ipynb and .py files inside. I've also uploaded it to the toctree, so that the static jupyter notebook tutorial appears in the torchquantum docs.

@Hanrui-Wang Some of my commits are carried over from my previous PR 138. Please merge that one before this one.
