bump weconnect to 0.39.0

I cannot see this implemented in the main version - if I pull the latest from Github and look at the code, this commit is missing. I have tried to remove and download the package again with same results, what could it be? |

Disabled updating of pictures as a fix for #17 also bumped weconnect to version 0.39.0
