This looks good @gregnorth - My only potential concern is individual resolvers were modified, I know that had to be done but not fully aware yet of how that impacts things. We should keep a document of any changes devs will need to make to get their apps tweaked for the new store.

Migrated hooks and utilities from prior version of web3-react into repo (still needs to be cleaned up IMHO) but its seems to working with the latest version.
