Limit maximum width of cover art column in the library

Follow up bug to the discussions @ #402 .

Currently the column width can grow up to max. available horizontal screen space. We can trust the users to find a reasonable width by themselves, but we even limit the cover size in full cover view to 700px. IMO it is reasonable to do so for the library cover column as well and find a reasonable max width.

Note: We potentially get configurable row height too, see #403 . So resizing the cover when changing width is useful, no question. But it only adds value up to a size. See picture for some perspective.
