## Inspecting a Web Site

Using Chrome Developer tools, we can not only view how someone added an CSS seclector to make the HTML text to appear to hoover - but it's also an exceelent means of testing either HTML or CSS page directly from the browser. This can save a lot time

Open up the HTML page we worked on. Right Click on the first paragraph. Notice the styles on the right side of the Development Tools pane. Do you see the styles associated with the first paragraph? Go ahead and change the size of the border from 2px to 20px:

Chrome has done us the favor of including some wonderful development tools into the web browser that you're already using. They're not only a great way to see how someone else made that really cool hover effect, but also a great way to experiment in real time without having to constantly refresh the page you are working on.
