Original initiated by Dominik Heidler under pymultimonaprs

Install rtl-sdr from osmocom

patch multimonNG with www.kubonweb.de/files/0001-implement-APRS-display-mode-for-iGates.patch and compile
install to /usr/local/bin

sudo python2 setup.py install

Run pymultimonaprs
