We need to add support for Windows to support our latest CM automation recipes to download latest MLPerf models on Windows - as discussed, it will be useful for different MLCommons projects ...

@arjunsuresh - I added support for rclone on Windows. We can check MLPerf inference scripts to download ML models later together ...
