Replace deprecated method trainer.disable_validation()

What changes are proposed in this pull request?

The cross-version test failed due to a recent change on pytorch-lightning.

This PR fixs this test by "Use not trainer.enable_validation instead."

How is this patch tested?

Existing tests.
