Found the site lichess.org 2 months ago, and like it a lot. I would like to have the option to style the chessboard including notation as at lichess.org.

Here are some links to the analysis board of some games:

Especially the game when the computer analysis was done is interesting ...

The different possibilities are:

  • Show notation inline (has to be set by the user, default is not).
  • Show notation as list, with variations inline.
  • Show notation a slist, with variations as list as well. Find a way to show that those are variations (additionally to the parenthesis used).

There are many examples on the internet, on different site:

  • chess24.com: Uses notation as list, with variations inline. You can use that on any game, so every user has the option to create his own variations.
  • chess.com: see an article there with the included games. Notation is inline, variations as well.
  • chessable: notation is inline (only).

Allow now `notationLayout` set to list or inline. See `ticket003v3` for the differences.
