I'm not sure that this should be merged in its current state, but I'd like to share a hack that I've done to make iitii use a memory mapped array. Could this be massaged into something more palatable or compatible with iitii? Maybe we can directly fork the entire class structure and have two header files. Not sure if that's the best. Maybe I should just rename my repo?
