Just filed tdf#105097 via the http://crashreport.libreoffice.org instance, but the bug report is not being picked up on the "Bugs" tab of the UI. I know I've seen linkages to bugs in past use of the service--has something broken?

Fixed. This was a server configuration issue and not a code issue.

update the default configuration with entries for local access
0a8d2d6 
The update with the old configuration from salt was the cause for #34.
These entries are necessary for the cron jobs that are used for the
management API.
