With the recent inclusion of bids-standard/bids-specification#19, the raw files for all manufacturers should exist in the meg directory, instead of in sub-directories.

Is there any specific format you have in mind that will be affected?

I guess the only format we support that has a change is KIT...

I just realised that this will also affect read_raw_bids as the function assumes a sub-directory for the data.
