JSON Home support for .well-known/host-meta #248

RFC 6415 defines the URI .well-known/host-meta which, when dereferenced, is required to respond with an XRD document.

Since the purpose of this XRD document and JSON Home is much the same and the semantics of .well-known/host-meta seem to fit JSON Home well, would it be wise to add JSON Home support to .well-known/host-meta somehow?

I think an application using host-meta would specify if and how json-home is linked from it, no?
