Description

I am not able to download new containers

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Fresh Install docker
  2. docker run hello-world

Describe the results you received:
Unable to find image 'hello-world:latest' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: Get https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/library/hello-world/manifests/latest: Get https://auth.docker.io/token?scope=repository%3Alibrary%2Fhello-world%3Apull&service=registry.docker.io: dial tcp: lookup auth.docker.io on 192.168.65.1:53: read udp 192.168.65.2:47577->192.168.65.1:53: i/o timeout.

The container to run

Additional information you deem important (e.g. issue happens only occasionally):
i've had docker work before on my computer and now it doesn't.
i've reinstalled docker and it still doesn't work

Looks like it's related to #24344 - Closing in Favor of the docker/docker issue.
