just an exploratory attempt to adapt moby's layerstore to containerd Snapshotter API, so that I can keep notes as FIXME

A more complete implementation exists in https://github.com/moby/moby/tree/master/builder/builder-next/adapters/snapshot to adapt moby's internal storage to (close to) Snaphsotter interface
