i want to be able to make global rules that applies to all responses for that environment (eg. access_token in request header must be equal and exist). would be nice, thx bro

Since v4.1.0 this is partly possible using the fallback mode. We will soon publish a tutorial.
One thing is missing though, it's the possibility to create global routes for any method. This will be added for the next release.
