Chrome Platform Status

Install the Google App Engine SDK for Python.
Install Bower.
Install grunt.
From the root of the repository, run npm install; cd static; bower install; cd ..; grunt.
Start the local test server using the Google App Engine SDK for Python (dev_appserver.py .).
