opengeek created Redmine issue ID 2743

New features for providing per-context setting overrides when working in the mgr are erroneously loading permissions for those contexts as well. The solution should be a clear and independent way to load per-context settings when working on Contexts, Resources within specific Contexts, etc. in the manager. Loading these settings into the modx config via the connectors causes complications in security access, getting user setting overrides, and more.
