What does it do?
Update phpThumb to 1.7.15-201806071234
Why is it needed?
Fix some issues (i.e. transparency in PNG files). See: phpThumb#65
All the patches on that class should be compatible to PHP 5.3.3+ (checked by PhpStorm)
