Failing to install using pip #7

Hi,

Trying to follow the instructions using pip install pyorient produces a partial egg (a lot of files are missing inside) and therefore, any attempt to use it fails.

Sorry, I didn't upload correctly on pyPI the latest version, just dist for OSX :P my fault.
Now installing with pip is fine and alligned with master
