Gridcoin Remote Configuration Tool v1.0

First release of the tool.

Just open it up. If you already have the Gridcoin Wallet installed, it will automatically load the config file so you can edit or enter the RPC values, then press save and restart the Gridcoin Wallet so it can load the changes made to the gridcoinresearch.conf file.
