ANGSD-wrapper streamlines population genetic analyses in ANGSD. ANGSD-wrapper implements the following methods and calculations in ANGSD: Tajima's D, Theta Calculation, Genotype Likelihoods, Admixture, Principle Components Analysis (PCA), FST, Site Frequency Spectra (SFS), 2D Site Frequency Spectra, Inbreeding Coefficients, ABBA BABA, and inference of ancestral sequences. The current version in use is v0.911-44-g1c0ebb6.
ANGSD-wrapper also has a user-friendly graphing utility. Users can use Shiny Graphing for an interactive version of the plots.
