NetWheels is a a web application to create high quality peptide helical wheel and net projections. It is usually availabe at our lab server at http://lbqp.unb.br/NetWheels. If the server is not available or if you want to run it locally, you can download the source code from this repository.
These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

install.packages(c("shiny", "shinyjs", "colourpicker"))
Simply open the server.R
or ui.R
file in RStudio and then click on the button to run the Shiny Project.
