Using the Wiki

The SEPIO Wiki documents the features and utility of SEPIO Modeling Framework. Begin by reading the high-level SEPIO Overview page, then explore some modeling examples starting with these GO Annotation records. Additional Wiki pages linked in the Table of Contents to the right present deeper dives into specific topics and components of the framework. A recommended path for starting to explore these pages is provided at the bottom of this document.

DEVELOPER NOTE: The Wiki pages are currently being refactored and replaced by updated content. New pages under development are in the 'Updated Pages' section of the Table of Contents. Older pages are under 'Obsolete Pages', and may contain outdated information.
