Added code coverage settings to solution.

Because the namespace is probably more-or-less stable, may as well due
this to gauge where tests need to be added.

Set up to ignore the CompareTo(...) and GetHashCode() members since
many of the untested blocks were due to record types, which have a
system default implementation.
