Loan module

I often loan something to someone, or from someone, and I tend to forget to whom or from this was.
It should be great to record the loan.

Informations to record:

• date of the loan
• description of the object
• if the object was loan to me or if I give it to someone
• ability to set a reminder to return the loan
• a photography of the object ?

I agree that this could be a good feature.
Might be a good idea also to follow a new way of doing things with the notion of services introduced in #1629

An updated version of this feature would be to add a reminder after X days to be reminded of this loan.
Also, add the loans on the dashboard.

I was also hoping to be able to record Lending.

And link Activies with Lending, for example:

On the 13 of November:
Alice lets me borrow her car.
Dan and I take Alice's car to go on a road trip.
