Default arguments are provided, and the default behavior is to use Spy's default queue implementations, so backwards compatibility is preserved.

I would like to provide custom implementations for Spy's operation queues, so I added some configuration options.
Default arguments are provided, and the default behavior is to use Spy's default queue implementations, so backwards compatibility is preserved. For existing Shade users, behavior will not change.
