I've never heard of anybody using the libmonome's python bindings though, so we could as well deprecate them. |

This fixes the same issue as we've had in the past, see #54
waf's Cython extra tool is not included in the built binary.
Since this has now happened a couple of times this PR simply includes the Cython extra in the repo so it cannot be forgotten.
