Updated status page to show white list details.

Updating the chefwaiter status page to show details of the whitelist.

There is a also 2 new items on the status page.

• start_time = Same as uptime as we are going to deprecate uptime due to it being an overloaded term.
• start_time_human_readable = The time the service started in a human friendly format.
