Apprise NTFY notification

Describe the bug
NTFY.sh not working with apprise API while it's working in another program that uses apprise and should work accourding to their website.

Proberbly it needs to be updated to the latest version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'settings'
2. Go to 'notifications'
3. Click on ' + '
4. Scroll down to 'Apprise API
5. Fill in the correct vaulues
6. See error in the log "
     | Unparseable URL ntfys://username:password@domain/topic
   "

Expected behavior
Recieving an notification on NTFY (Apprise)

• Bazarr: [v 1.0.4] Linuxserver.io container (latest)

ntfy was just added to Apprise , so probably just have to update it.
