I needed this to test the cube map example with KTX files, feel free to merge or copypaste once KtxImporter got added.

Thanks! Added also the corresponding AnyImageConverter bit in b25ab9d, what's missing is hooking up support for 1D, 3D and compressed image conversion there, and using all that in magnum-imageconverter. I'll commit that once the KTX plugins are done, to have something to test against.

Didn't find time to look into the new code in mosra/magnum-plugins#103, will do that later :)
