Talked about it with Jesús, we could provide a Vagrant configuration file for people that would want to reproduce a configuration environment for transvision. The interest is limited for Linux/Mac since we pretty much use PHP, Python and bash out of the box, but it may make contribution easier for Windows user.

Actually, I don't think we're doing very good on Mac, most of the refactoring of setup/glossaire requires an updated version of Bash, and OS X ships an obsolete version (3.2.51) by default (can be fixed with HomeBrew or similar).

I'm going to create the vagrant machine / configuration.
