What is the user problem or growth opportunity you want to see solved?

As a user, I would like to be able to disable voice input due to privacy concerns, like I can in Fennec.

How do you know that this problem exists today? Why is this important?

This problem exists because voice input is reliant on cloud providers with differing privacy and data retention policies than Fenix, where users voices are analyzed and retained.

Fenix has this feature in the accessibility settings.

Who will benefit from it?

Anyone who prefers not to use voice input and would like to remove the UI for it.
