To ensure latest fixes and feature support - https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/compose-compiler#1.1.0 and also as a speculative fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1751256.

Updating kotlin to at least 1.6.1 is also needed - https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/compose-kotlin
