Triage recommendation: 3.0 – it's easy to do.

As per our discussion in the commit: mcomella@ebd335d#commitcomment-28574513 not including this metric won't let us easily distinguish between, "50 users had this crash" and "1 user had this crash 50 times", which is important for prioritization. liuche said it'd be okay to put in, considering Focus iOS already has it and it's not a practical way to track unique users.

Don't forget to update the docs!

Issue mozilla-mobile#817: Restore UUID field to Sentry reports.

I tested this by ensuring the UUID appears in the telemetry dashboards.
