"New search engine added" snackbar needs color adjustments #5736

Steps to reproduce

Install Focus, and set the light theme.
Go to Settings > Search > Search engine.
Tap on "Add another search engine".
Enter a name for the engine, and the string to use.
Tap on "SAVE".
Notice the "New search engine added" snack bar notification displayed at the bottom of the screen.

The background color should be "photonLightGrey05" as per #5571.

The background color is from an old design, and the text is barely visible.

Verified as fixed on the latest debug build from main 10/29 with Huawei P9 Lite (Android 8).
