Flashing the FTDI EEPROM under windows

FTDI provides a utility called FT_PROG which can be used under Windows (user manual available at the link provided).

TI provides an FT_PROG template for the CC3200 LaunchPad board, along with some instructions. You'll want to use the template from the CC3200 LP3 DUAL zipfile.
