  • Create draft of "Reps Plan" document to send out to cohort (@MichaelKohler, Due: April 7th)
  • All Reps who have completed their steps have received the plan to fill out (@MichaelKohler, Due: April 20th)
  • All submitted monthly plans have received feedback (@MichaelKohler, Due: May 10th)
  • All cohort participants are evaluated and officially a Rep if evaluation OK (@MichaelKohler, Due: June 30nd)

  • Sent a reminder to all applicants who haven't responded
  • Added a comment to the applications with the template to fill out the plan to all who have responded so far

The first few plans came in, I'm giving feedback and ask questions as they come in. So far it looks good.

In terms of process, I think this is successful so far. I can't say a lot about the general approach of onboarding, as this is too early, but I think compared to 1:1 mentor relationsships this is the same in terms of progress. So far I consider this experiment a success :)

I've been receiving giving feedback on the plans.

Applicants who haven't responded at all yet: 6
Applicants who have responded but not yet created their profile: 1 (cleared the misunderstanding yesterday)
Applicants who have done all the administrative things but are not on reps-general yet: 3
Applicants who haven't sent a plan yet: 6
Applicants who have sent a plan and received feedback: 9

I will do an initial screening of the reports this evening. Will come back with a recommendation in case there are discussions to be had. For clear cases, I will directly finish their Orientation Period and officially welcome them to the Reps program (as we have done previously from the mentor side).

For the people that have passed the orientation period, can we send the list to @kelimuttu so we open reps packs requests on their behalf?

This info can be found in the tracking sheet in the "Closed - Orientation Period Finished" sheet.
