Move CTD DE url from /firefox/ to /firefox/challenge-the-default/

The DE CTD page need to be moved from /firefox/ to /firefox/challenge-the-default/ (i.e. like the FR one).

According to the CTD team, they are live with Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and Paid Search at the moment, all pointing to the existing DE page. They will work with their ad agency to match up w/ our timeline.

We will flip the switch on March 12th, 2024.

This ticket is a piece of this bigger issue for moving /firefox/browsers to /firefox: #14222

We need to coordinate the timing of the URL change with the EU marketing team and give them time to update their ads, as well as set a date for the changeover. The German page needs to be at the new URL before the ads change to make sure those links don't lead to a page that isn't there yet, but we also don't want those ads to point to the standard /firefox/ product page, at least not for long.

I think the best option is to add a switch to the /firefox/ view and temporarily let the page exist in both places for a day or two until we turn the /firefox/ page off.
