Remove Chrome Store Payments reference, add Extensionpay reference #1207

Google's Chrome Web Store Payments system has been officially deprecated so developers can no longer user it. Therefore I removed the reference to it in the docs about monetizing extensions. I also added a reference to ExtensionPay, which Caitlin Neiman said she'd approve (even though it was her last day Friday).

hey! Just wanted to ping this and check what the status of pull requests are. I see 10 open ones and not a lot of activity on this repo. Is there some way to help support y'all in moving this along? |
