Mono font contains "fi" ligature

It brokes columns. Apparenlty, ture monospaced font cannot have any ligatures.

I think the problem is that those ligatures are in the liga standard ligatures table. While the fi ligature is usual in western scripts, it's not useful in a monospace font. I think that it would make sense to at least move ligatures to the dlig table.

Hm, it might make sense to make the ligatures optional in the mono font. Will talk to the designers about it.

I believe we disabled ligatures in the Fira Mono 3.103

This still appears to be an issue when I use this font through Google Fonts.

That needs to be solved by the Google Fonts service -- they're apparently still using an old version of the font.

@davelab6 might be able to get this fixed?
