Removing a Badge Doesn't Permanently Remove It

When a badge is removed from the backpack and logging back in the badge is still there.

To reproduce:

• click a badge
• click remove this badge
• click yes
• go to http://backpack.openbadges.org/
• badge is back

Ran through to see if this is still an issue now that #992 seems to be fixed, and this is working just fine again as well. Though it may be worth investigating still, because to the user, there was no indication that the AJAX deletion failed due to the session no longer being valid. Maybe try to figure out a way to indicate when the browser has received proper confirmation of the deletion and not remove the badge from the display of the backpack until then.
