Funfactory assumes all playdoh instances run with MySQL #115

socorro-crashstats for example, not only does NOT use MySQL, it actually doesn't use any database.

Lots of people have problems with installing MySQL-python

I think we should step back the automation a couple of notches and move the default requirements into playdoh so you can easily override things.

Thoughts?
