More than one person has asked for the ability to compare two aggregate measures and display their relationship as a timeseries.

This would be similar to the evolution view, but with lines normalized to some denominator which might be:

Another aggregate optionally from another key in the same metric
An aggregate from another metric entirely
Possibly also submission volumes? Daily sums? What other things do we get from telemetry.js that might be useful denominators?

The result would be a new dashboard, or possibly an enhancement to the existing evolution dashboard.
