I was expecting some help information?

% sopang

Started, using alphabet = "ACGTNUVISMEL<>:0123456789" (make sure it matches the input file!)
If the alphabet does not match the input file, undefined behavior occurs
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  failed to read file: sample/chr1337.eds
Aborted (core dumped)

Improved error messages for non-existent files.
