Fixes issue #148 where the x axes for the incidence plot and R estimate plot are not aligned
Adds a new theme "v2" to the EpiEstim plots, this is now the default. There is the option to change this to the original plotting theme by specifying "plot_theme = "original" within the plot() function
Updated documentation
Cleaned code in plots.R using the styler R package
The README now has a link to the published PLOS Comp Bio paper
I have run devtools::check() to build and check the changes to the package
