I see that you only increase the grid subdivision of the plane in order to solved it.
But for me, this is just a workaround in order to decrease the visible effect.
As you can see in this attached image the texture projection on the triangles of the plane is not working fine.
Can you have a look on the homography computation of the texture?

It should be great to have the minimum mesh as possible in order to keep good performace with the Canvas renderer.
