Create a tutorial for first-time users, or add a tutorial button. When you click on it, it explains how to use the website.

Intro.js highlights different parts of the screen with text to explain that part. You click through the tutorial without ever leaving the page.

Also, possibly link to the wiki help page when you click on '?'

There are three things that I might want to display for ?:

wiki help page
an about page with credits and explanations
a link to the github page
a intro.js tutorial as described above.
