R/simulation_functions.R contains helper functions to support the main
simulation script R/divergence_simulation.R.
The scripts folder contains bash scripts to run many replicates of this
simulation with different parameters.
The R Markdown file Rmd/divergence_simulation.Rmd summarises the results of
those simulations.
